Formats we process
We don't yet process documents. PDFs can be edited without leaving clear traces, so they aren't compatible with our AI analysis. To verify structural tampering in a PDF, dedicated forensic tools exist for that. DOCX, ZIP, and similar formats are rejected on upload for the same format reason. AI-generation analysis covers images, video, and audio (up to 5 minutes per file).

The dashboard signs one file at a time — great for day-to-day use, but not always what you need. If you have a folder full of files, or a job that repeats every day, there are other ways to make it automatic. The first one requires no technical knowledge at all.

A little app that watches a folder (Windows and macOS)
You install it, point it at a folder on your computer, and that's it: everything you drop in there gets signed on its own, without needing to open the dashboard again. If your computer shuts off midway through, it picks up where it left off when it turns back on — nothing is repeated or lost.

We don't keep your material
Verisignum does not archive what you process. Each operation runs in its own temporary directory, deleted at the end of the request: the signed file comes back to you and nothing stays on our side. What we record is the operation history — date, module, result, and the SHA-256 hash of the file, which proves which file it was without keeping its content.
